Your focus of activities on site at the customer:
Software, hardware and network support of process control systems and machine control systems (PC, PLC); visualisation
Upgrades and system maintenance
Installation and startup
Analysis of malfunctions, diagnosis and repair of existing plants and systems
Preparation and follow-up of assignments with qualified reporting as well as documentation of technical modificationsp.
Your focus of activities at the location Emmerich:
Preparation and adaptation of process control systems and machine control systems
Support upon the preparation of customer applications for process control systems and machine control systems before startup
Realisation of functional software tests
Telephonic support of the customer and support during trouble shooting (handling of support business transactions)
Support during the preparation of quotations for the sales department
Preparation of wiring diagrams revisions (as-built drawings)
What we expect from you:
Completed studies with the specialisation automation engineering/control engineering/electrical engineering or a similar qualification
Knowledge and experiences concerning the programming and startup of programmable logic controllers type S7 and Allen Bradley as well as data communication via TCP/IP, Profibus etc.
Very good English (spoken and written)
Willingness for worldwide assignments (approx. 50 % travelling activities)
